Blueprint 2011

In March, I went to an event called Blueprint 2011. What does this have to do with anything wedding related? Well, I saw this:

LOVE the 3D paper installation, and this was at the event. It’s quite fragile, there were some kids running around and playing with it. I was imagining this as a replacement to a typical dais. HAHA dream on right? Or maybe even the whole venue decor is arty farty paper installation like this. Riiiiighttt.. Anyway just wanted to post it here so I remember my random crazy ideas.

Royal Wedding High

Anyone else high from the royal wedding? I’ve been watching so many different shows on different channels.

Crazy love the dress!! I’ve always loved Grace Kelly’s dress and Kate’s was very similar to that with a modern touch. i’ve always been in looooove with chantily laced long sleeves, I squealed in delight when I saw the dress for the first time, as all of us did all over the world.

I think this will spark a new trend with bride-to-bes everywhere. I don’t think it’s a good idea though, as Kate looked soooo gorgeous in it. You wouldn’t want to be compared to that now would you?
